We raise Berkshire, Chester White and Tamworth pork. All of or pigs are a cross of these three breeds. These crosses produce excellent pork. Our hogs have access to pasture in season and love to eat clover, grasses, and root up worms and grubs, and various plant roots and nuts in the woods. In addition to the pasture, the hogs are also fed barley, oats, as well as a corn, soybeans, and alfalfa.
Our pastured pork is available as a full, half or quarter share. Additionally we will be offering our premium cuts of pastured pork at the West Bend Farmers Market.
We have our hogs processed at one of three local processors. You may choose from Gehrings Meat Market in Hartford or Kewaskum Frozen Foods in Kewaskum or Quality Cut Meats in Cascade.
